  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Season salmon fillets with paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

  • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened. Season to taste.

  • Return salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over fillets, and simmer 1–2 minutes until heated through.

  • Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
