For the Meatballs:
- 1 lb ground chicken or turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form into small meatballs and cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
