For the Meatballs:

 

  • 1 lb ground chicken or turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare the Meatballs:

    • In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Form into small meatballs and cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce:

    • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
    • Add heavy cream, Parmesan, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.

 

  • Combine Everything:

    • Add the cooked meatballs back to the sauce and let them simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Cook pasta according to package instructions and toss with the sauce and meatballs.

Notes

  • Use ground beef or pork for a richer flavor.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra texture.

 

  • Thin the sauce with a bit of pasta water if it gets too thick.
