Description

This creamy grape salad is a refreshing mix of juicy grapes, tangy-sweet dressing, and crunchy candied nuts—perfect for potlucks, BBQs, or a light dessert!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups red seedless grapes

  • 2 cups green seedless grapes

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup chopped candied pecans or brittle

 

  • Fresh herbs (parsley or mint), for garnish


Instructions

  • Wash and dry grapes, then place in a large bowl.

  • In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Pour dressing over grapes and gently toss to coat.

 

  • Sprinkle with candied pecans and garnish with herbs before serving.

Notes

  • For a healthier version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
