- 20 oz linguine
Meat Mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Cheese Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Linguine: Boil salted water and cook linguine until al dente. Reserve pasta water.
- Cook Meat: Brown ground beef and Italian sausage with seasonings. Drain and set aside.
- Make Sauce: Sauté garlic in butter, add heavy cream, simmer, then add cheeses until smooth.
- Finish Dish: Add spinach, cooked meat, and Cajun seasoning. Toss in linguine.
