Description

This creamy herb and olive dip is packed with Mediterranean flavors, fresh herbs, and a creamy, tangy texture. Perfect for dipping chips, crackers, or veggies!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped green olives
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

 

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Stir in chopped olives, dill, parsley, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with a whole olive and a drizzle of olive oil.

 

  • Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or fresh veggies.

Notes

  • Substitute Greek yogurt with sour cream for a richer taste.
