4 lobster tails

4 tbsp butter (melted)

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 garlic cloves, minced

3/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

Prep Lobster:
Using kitchen scissors, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail. Gently lift the meat over the shell, leaving it attached at the base. Rest the meat on top for a classic presentation. -
Season:
Brush lobster meat with olive oil. Season evenly with salt, black pepper, and paprika. -
Broil:
Arrange lobster tails on a baking sheet. Broil on high for 8–10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly browned. -
Make Lemon Butter Sauce:
In a small pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened. -
Serve:
Spoon the creamy lemon butter sauce over the broiled lobster tails. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra decadence, drizzle more sauce over steamed veggies or mashed potatoes served alongside. Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
