- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Creamy Lemon Yogurt Sauce
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Zest and juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Optional Add-ins
- 1 cup baby spinach or kale
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season and sear the chicken until cooked through. Set aside.
