2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken to the pot and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Add minced garlic to the same pot and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
