Description

This creamy tomato rigatoni is rich, comforting, and ready in under 30 minutes – the ultimate weeknight pasta!


Ingredients

  • 12 oz rigatoni

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • Salt & pepper

 

  • Fresh basil & Parmesan


Instructions

  • Cook rigatoni until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.

  • Sauté garlic in olive oil. Add tomato sauce and chili flakes.

  • Stir in cream, pasta water, then toss in pasta.

 

  • Season and top with Parmesan and basil.
