Ingredients

12 oz rigatoni

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup tomato sauce

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

1/2 cup heavy cream

Salt & pepper

Fresh basil & Parmesan
Instructions

Cook rigatoni until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.

Sauté garlic in olive oil. Add tomato sauce and chili flakes.

Stir in cream, pasta water, then toss in pasta.

Season and top with Parmesan and basil.
