- 3 cups rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, tuna, peas, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve chilled.
