Description

These Crispy Cheesy Tater Stack Bites are golden brown on the outside, gooey inside, and loaded with flavor! A must-have for potato lovers, they’re perfect for parties, snacks, or brunch sides.


Ingredients

  • 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and sliced thin

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Gruyère cheese

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and black pepper

 

  • Fresh chives for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a bowl, toss potato slices with butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Layer 4–5 slices in greased muffin tin, sprinkling cheese between each.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until crispy and golden.

 

  • Let cool slightly before removing. Garnish with chives.

  • Add cooked bacon bits or caramelized onions for extra flavor.
