Ingredients

3 large russet potatoes, peeled and sliced thin

1 cup shredded cheddar or Gruyère cheese

3 tbsp melted butter

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper

Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, toss potato slices with butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Layer 4–5 slices in greased muffin tin, sprinkling cheese between each.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until crispy and golden.

Let cool slightly before removing. Garnish with chives.
