Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for seasoning mix)

Spice Paste:

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or mixed herbs

  • 3 tablespoons cornflour or all-purpose flour
