- 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce

- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Spoon a small amount of filling onto a wonton wrapper.
- Fold into a triangle or pinch into a pouch, sealing with egg wash.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with sweet and sour sauce.
