Description

These crispy crab puffs are bite-sized, golden, and packed with a creamy crab filling. A delightful appetizer that will impress at any gathering!


Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

 

  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
  • Spoon a small amount of filling onto a wonton wrapper.
  • Fold into a triangle or pinch into a pouch, sealing with egg wash.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown.

 

  • Drain on paper towels and serve with sweet and sour sauce.

Notes

  • Try using real crab meat for a richer flavor.
