Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix chopped crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.

  • Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface and spoon 1–2 teaspoons of the filling into the center.

  • Brush edges with beaten egg and fold into a triangle or pouch, pressing tightly to seal.

  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

  • Fry crab Rangoon bombs in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
