Description

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Hot Honey Lemon Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 12 tsp chili flakes
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter

Feta Finish:

  • 100 g feta cheese (crumbled)
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare chicken: Slice chicken into even cutlets.
  2. Set up breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in second, and panko mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in third.
  3. Coat chicken: Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then press into seasoned panko until fully coated.
  4. Fry chicken: Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towel.
  5. Make hot honey lemon sauce: Melt butter in a pan, add honey, chili flakes, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir until combined and slightly thickened.
  6. Assemble: Drizzle hot honey lemon sauce over crispy chicken. Sprinkle crumbled feta on top and garnish with parsley.
