  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 23 tbsp olive oil for frying

For Serving:

  • Dill pickle slices
  • Optional: ranch or dill sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a breading station: one plate with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with dill pickle juice, and one with panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika.
