- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté Onions and Garlic: In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
- Cook Ground Beef: Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Prepare Whipped Feta: Whip feta, Greek yogurt, honey, and hot sauce in a bowl until smooth.
- Warm Flatbreads: Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 3–5 minutes.
- Assemble Flatbreads: Spread whipped hot honey feta on each flatbread. Top with cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives.
- Bake: Return the flatbreads to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese and warm the toppings.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
