  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For Assembly:

  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Sauté Onions and Garlic: In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
  3. Cook Ground Beef: Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.

  5. Warm Flatbreads: Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 3–5 minutes.
  6. Assemble Flatbreads: Spread whipped hot honey feta on each flatbread. Top with cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives.
  7. Bake: Return the flatbreads to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese and warm the toppings.
  8. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.

Notes

  • You can customize the toppings with your favorite Mediterranean ingredients like cucumbers, red onions, or tzatziki sauce.
  • For a spicier kick, increase the amount of hot sauce in the whipped feta.
