Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Ground Beef:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Toppings:

  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. In a small bowl, combine feta, Greek yogurt, honey, and hot sauce. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  4. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and lightly warm in the oven for 3–5 minutes. Spread whipped hot honey feta evenly over each flatbread.
  5. Top with cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives. Return to oven for 5 minutes to slightly melt the cheese and warm the toppings.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
