For the Ground Beef:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Toppings:
- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
- In a small bowl, combine feta, Greek yogurt, honey, and hot sauce. Whip until smooth and creamy.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and lightly warm in the oven for 3–5 minutes. Spread whipped hot honey feta evenly over each flatbread.
- Top with cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives. Return to oven for 5 minutes to slightly melt the cheese and warm the toppings.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
