For the Ground Beef:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
For the Creamy Hot Honey Feta Sauce:
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1–2 tablespoons warm water (to thin)
- Pinch of black pepper
For Assembly:
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until softened. Stir in garlic, add ground beef, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully cooked. Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the Creamy Hot Honey Feta Sauce – Blend feta, Greek yogurt, honey, red pepper flakes, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper until smooth. Gradually add warm water until desired consistency.
- Assemble the Wraps – Spread feta sauce on tortillas, add ground beef, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion. Roll tightly into wraps.
- Serve – Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

- You can customize the wrap with additional toppings like olives or bell peppers.
