- Juice of 1/2 lemon
For the Garlic Hot Honey Feta Sauce:
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2–1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1–2 tablespoons warm water (to thin as needed)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Assembly:
- 4 large soft wraps or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add ground beef, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking apart, until fully cooked. Squeeze lemon juice over the beef, stir, and remove from heat.
- Make the Garlic Hot Honey Feta Sauce – In a bowl, combine feta, Greek yogurt, honey, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add warm water gradually to achieve a thick yet drizzle-friendly consistency.
- Warm the Wraps – Heat wraps in a dry skillet or oven until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the Wraps – Spread a generous layer of garlic hot honey feta sauce on each wrap. Top with cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Serve – Fold tightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately while warm.
