- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
For the Spicy Lemon Honey Feta Cream
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1–2 tablespoons warm water (to thin if needed)
For the Bowl Base & Toppings
- 2 cups cooked rice, couscous, or quinoa
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened. Stir in garlic, add ground beef, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, then stir in lemon juice.
- Make the Spicy Lemon Honey Feta Cream – Combine feta, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Whisk until smooth, adding warm water for desired consistency.
- Assemble the Bowls – Divide grains into bowls, top with beef, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, and onion. Drizzle with feta cream and garnish with parsley.
