Description

This Four Cheese Pizza is the ultimate cheese lover’s dream! Featuring a delicious blend of mozzarella, gorgonzola, parmesan, and provolone on a crisp, golden crust with rich tomato sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight meal or an impressive homemade pizza night.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (12 inches)

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) tomato sauce

  • 1 cup (130 g) shredded mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup (50 g) crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese

  • 1/2 cup (50 g) shredded parmesan

  • 1/2 cup (50 g) shredded provolone

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Fresh basil or oregano (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).

2️⃣ Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

3️⃣ Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.

4️⃣ Sprinkle mozzarella, gorgonzola, parmesan, and provolone over the sauce.

5️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil.

6️⃣ Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly, and crust is golden.

7️⃣ Garnish with fresh basil or oregano if desired.

8️⃣ Slice and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, pre-bake the dough for 3–4 minutes before adding toppings.
