Description

These fudgy double chocolate cookies are rich, chewy, and loaded with chocolate chips for the ultimate chocolate lover’s treat!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

 

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix wet ingredients: Whisk melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  • Add dry ingredients: Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.

 

  • Cool & serve.

Notes

  • Slightly underbake for an extra fudgy texture.
