- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange the Scallops: Pat scallops dry and place them in a single layer in the baking dish.
- Add Flavor Base: Spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over the scallops, making sure each one is coated.
- Prepare the Crunch Topping: Mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, parsley, and chili flakes.
- Top the Scallops: Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the scallops evenly.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until scallops are opaque and the topping is golden and crispy.
