  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Arrange the Scallops: Pat scallops dry and place them in a single layer in the baking dish.
  4. Add Flavor Base: Spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over the scallops, making sure each one is coated.
  5. Prepare the Crunch Topping: Mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, parsley, and chili flakes.
