Ingredients

For the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

For the Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta:

  • 12 oz twisted pasta (e.g., fusilli or rotini)

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Cook Garlic Butter Chicken:
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, add to skillet, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Stir in garlic, cooking for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove chicken and set aside.

  • Make Cajun Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, add heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Combine and Serve:
Return cooked pasta and chicken bites to the skillet. Toss gently to coat. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes to suit your heat preference.

  • For a healthier twist, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or milk.
