Description

These Garlic Butter Steak Bites are juicy, tender, and packed with flavor! Seared to perfection in a rich garlic butter sauce, they make the perfect quick dinner or appetizer. Serve them with a side of mashed potatoes or roasted veggies for a mouthwatering meal.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • Prepare the steak: Pat the steak cubes dry with a paper towel and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Sear the steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Make the garlic butter: Reduce heat to medium-low, then add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

  • Combine & serve: Return the steak to the pan, toss in the garlic butter, and cook for another minute. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes (if using). Serve hot!

Notes

  • Use a cast-iron skillet for the best sear.
  • Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juiciness.

  • Adjust seasoning or add Worcestershire sauce for extra depth of flavor.
