Description

Satisfy your cravings with this mouthwatering Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Cheesy One-Pan Pasta! Juicy, tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter pair perfectly with creamy, cheesy pasta—all made in one pan for easy cleanup and maximum flavor. A hearty dinner favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini work well)

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 2 cups water or beef broth (for cooking pasta)

  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the steak bites: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

  • Make garlic butter: In the same skillet, add more butter if needed and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

  • Cook the pasta: Add uncooked pasta and water (or broth) to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.

  • Add cream and cheese: Stir in heavy cream, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted and creamy.

  • Combine and serve: Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat with cheesy pasta. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate steak in garlic, olive oil, and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.

  • Use pre-cooked pasta for a quicker version—just reduce the liquid accordingly.
