Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or filet), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Cook the Steak Bites:

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
    • Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
    • Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  • Make the Garlic Butter:

    • Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the pan.
    • Stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Coat & Serve:

    • Toss steak bites in the garlic butter.
    • Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
  • For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
