Dough:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) yeast
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp salt

Garlic Butter Filling:
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yeast, warm milk, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, melted butter, and salt. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Mix garlic butter ingredients.
- Divide dough into small balls, fill each with garlic butter, and seal.
- Place on a baking sheet, let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes.
- Brush with extra garlic butter before serving.

- Add shredded cheese for a cheesy version.
