Description

Soft, fluffy dinner rolls filled with gooey garlic butter and topped with herbs.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • Dough:

    • 3 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) yeast
    • 3/4 cup warm milk
    • 2 tbsp melted butter
    • 1 tsp salt
  • Garlic Butter Filling:

    • 1/4 cup butter, softened
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
    • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix yeast, warm milk, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Add flour, melted butter, and salt. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
  • Mix garlic butter ingredients.
  • Divide dough into small balls, fill each with garlic butter, and seal.
  • Place on a baking sheet, let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes.
  • Brush with extra garlic butter before serving.

  • Add shredded cheese for a cheesy version.
