1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp black pepper
-
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
-
Salt to taste
-
1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice (optional, for serving)
Instructions

Rub the spice mixture all over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for about 6–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
