Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
2️⃣ Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine:

Stir to combine, then pour in the milk and mix until evenly moistened.
3️⃣ Form the Mini Loaves
Shape the mixture into 4 equal mini loaves and place them on the prepared tray.
4️⃣ Drizzle & Bake
Drizzle each loaf with olive oil to help them brown and stay moist.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
