These Garlic Parmesan Lemon Pepper Wings are crispy, flavorful, and coated in a buttery, cheesy, zesty sauce. Whether baked or air-fried, they’re the ultimate comfort food for wing lovers craving bold taste with a perfect crunch.

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken wings (drumettes or flats)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Chicken Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to the same temperature.

  2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.

  3. Season with salt, pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and toss again for even coverage.

Step 2: Cook the Wings

  • Oven Method: Place wings on a baking sheet or wire rack. Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Air Fryer Method: Cook wings for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.

Step 3: Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

  2. Stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, and a pinch of garlic powder. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.

Step 4: Toss the Wings
Place cooked wings in a large bowl. Pour sauce over and toss to coat evenly.

Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra lemon pepper seasoning if desired. Serve hot with your favorite dip or veggies.

Notes
