This Garlic Steak & Cheese-Filled Tortellini Skillet is a hearty, one-pan meal packed with juicy seared steak, cheesy tortellini, and a rich, creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce. It’s quick, indulgent, and perfect for busy weeknights or special dinners.
Ingredients
For the Steak:

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced
For the Tortellini:

18 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini

1 tbsp butter
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup chicken broth
-
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup baby spinach (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh chopped parsley or basil, for garnish
Instructions

Cook Tortellini: Boil tortellini per package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak: In a hot skillet with olive oil, season steak with salt and pepper. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from pan.

Make the Sauce: Add butter and garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth to deglaze, then stir in heavy cream.

Add Cheese and Steak: Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is creamy. Return steak to the skillet and fold in spinach, if using.

Combine and Simmer: Add cooked tortellini and gently toss to coat in sauce. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Garnish: Top with fresh herbs and red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve hot.
