These Gooey S’mores Chocolate Cupcakes bring the classic campfire treat into a rich, moist chocolate cupcake with melted marshmallow and gooey chocolate filling.

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add milk and dry ingredients gradually.
- Stir in crushed graham crackers.
- Fill liners ¾ full and bake for 18 minutes. Let cool.
- Cut a small hole in each cupcake and fill with marshmallow fluff and melted chocolate.
- Top with more marshmallow and toast lightly with a kitchen torch.
