Greek Beef:
- 1 1/2 lb (700 g) ground beef or thinly sliced sirloin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Creamy Feta Dill Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1–2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 small clove garlic, grated
- Black pepper, to taste
Wraps:
- 4–6 soft pita breads or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Greek Beef – Heat olive oil in a skillet, add garlic, then beef and spices. Cook until browned. Remove from heat.
- Make the Creamy Feta Dill Sauce – Combine yogurt, feta, lemon juice, dill, garlic, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Warm the Wraps – Heat pita breads until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the Wraps – Spread sauce on pitas, top with beef, veggies, and roll up.
