  • 1 1/2 lb (700 g) ground beef or thinly sliced sirloin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Creamy Feta Dill Sauce:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 12 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 small clove garlic, grated
  • Black pepper, to taste

Wraps:

  • 46 soft pita breads or flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Greek Beef – Heat olive oil in a skillet, add garlic, then beef and spices. Cook until browned. Remove from heat.
  2. Make the Creamy Feta Dill Sauce – Combine yogurt, feta, lemon juice, dill, garlic, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Warm the Wraps – Heat pita breads until soft and pliable.
  4. Assemble the Wraps – Spread sauce on pitas, top with beef, veggies, and roll up.
  5. Serve – Garnish with herbs, roll wraps, and enjoy!
