For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flatbreads or pita wraps
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup mixed greens or lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Optional: sliced cucumber and red onion

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion until softened. Add garlic, then ground beef, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  2. Make the Lemon Dill Yogurt: Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and dill in a bowl.
