  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste

Mezze Board:

  • 1/2 cup mixed olives (Kalamata, green, or Castelvetrano)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, cubed or crumbled
  • Warm pita bread or pita chips
  • Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken and marinate 20–30 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken: Grill or pan-sear chicken over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Rest briefly, then slice.
  3. Prepare garlic yogurt: Stir Greek yogurt with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  4. Assemble mezze board: Arrange sliced chicken, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, and pita on a large board or platter.
  5. Serve: Add a bowl of garlic yogurt in the center, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm and fresh.
