Greek Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Garlic Yogurt:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
Mezze Board:
- 1/2 cup mixed olives (Kalamata, green, or Castelvetrano)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, cubed or crumbled
- Warm pita bread or pita chips
- Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken and marinate 20–30 minutes.
- Cook chicken: Grill or pan-sear chicken over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Rest briefly, then slice.
- Prepare garlic yogurt: Stir Greek yogurt with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble mezze board: Arrange sliced chicken, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, and pita on a large board or platter.
- Serve: Add a bowl of garlic yogurt in the center, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm and fresh.
