  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • Fresh parsley or dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook until golden and cooked through.
  2. Make Tzatziki Feta Sauce: Blend feta, Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
