- 150 g feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Bowl
- 1 cup cooked rice, quinoa, or orzo
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
- Fresh parsley or dill, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook until golden and cooked through.
- Make Tzatziki Feta Sauce: Blend feta, Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
