Chicken Gyro

Creamy Garlic Dill Feta
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add sliced chicken and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Prepare the Feta Sauce: In a small bowl, mash feta with Greek yogurt, olive oil, dill, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble Bowls: Divide cooked rice or quinoa among serving bowls. Top with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
