Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss chicken slices in the marinade and let sit for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Prepare the Garlic Yogurt Sauce: In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  4. Warm the Pita: Lightly warm the pita breads in a skillet or oven until soft and pliable.
