  • 400g boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large pita breads or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

For the Mint Yogurt Sauce:

  • 120g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Toss chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Make the mint yogurt: In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chopped mint, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Assemble the wraps: Warm the pita breads. Spread mint yogurt sauce on each, then add lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomatoes, and sliced chicken.
  5. Wrap and serve: Fold or roll tightly and serve immediately.
