  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate 20–30 minutes.
