  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken cubes in the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Thread chicken onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak first). Grill or cook in a hot skillet for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 75°C).
  3. Prepare the Spicy Lemon Feta Sauce: In a small bowl, combine feta, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, chili flakes, garlic, and black pepper. Mix until creamy and slightly textured.
