For the Bowl Base:
- 2 cups cooked rice, quinoa, or couscous

- Sliced cucumber
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives
- Fresh parsley or dill
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken to coat and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
