- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Pita bread, sliced into triangles
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the Chicken: Thread chicken onto skewers and grill or broil for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked through.
