Garlic Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For Assembly:

  • 4 large soft flatbreads or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours refrigerated).
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature 75°C / 165°F). Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  3. Make the Garlic Yogurt Sauce: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh herbs. Stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Warm flatbreads slightly for flexibility. Spread a generous spoonful of garlic yogurt sauce over each wrap. Add sliced Greek chicken. Top with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta. Drizzle with extra sauce and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
