Wraps:

  • 4 large pita breads or flatbreads
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Prepare the Lemon Garlic Yogurt Sauce: Mix together Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Warm the Pita: Heat pita breads in a skillet or oven until warm.
