  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

For the Mint Garlic Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large pita breads or flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
  2. Make the Mint Garlic Yogurt Sauce: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped mint, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Warm pita breads slightly. Spread a layer of mint garlic yogurt sauce on each pita. Add shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cooked chicken. Drizzle extra sauce on top and sprinkle with parsley. Fold and serve immediately.
