Ingredients
For the Greek Chicken
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 small garlic clove, finely grated

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Assembly
- 4 large pita breads or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken strips and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 6 hours refrigerated).
- Cook the Chicken
Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Warm the Wraps
Lightly warm pita breads in a skillet or oven until soft and flexible.
- Assemble the Wraps
Spread a generous layer of creamy garlic herb sauce over each wrap. Add cooked chicken, shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta if using.
