Ingredients

Cucumber:

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced into thick rounds

Feta Cheese:

  • 6 oz (170g) feta cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes

Cherry Tomatoes:

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Seasoning:

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Additional:

  • Small wooden skewers or toothpicks
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley or dill

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Slice cucumber into thick, even rounds. Cut feta into cubes similar in size to the cucumber pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Assemble the Skewers: On each small skewer or toothpick, layer one cucumber slice, one feta cube, and one cherry tomato half. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  3. Season: Arrange skewers on a serving platter. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano and freshly ground black pepper.
